The West Virginia Motorcycle Safety Program, provided by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), consists of a variety of hand-on training courses for novice and experienced motorcyclists, all taught by MSF-certified RiderCoaches on controlled, paved riding ranges. Students learn effective mental strategies and riding skills, which form a solid foundation for safe, enjoyable street riding.
