ReTails by M-SNAP sells gently or never used, selectively chosen merchandise. All proceeds benefit the volunteer non-profit created to make zero companion animal euthanasia a reality.  M-SNAP helps one of the main obstacles for caregivers to fix their animals - the expense.

M-SNAP works with 12 local veterinary clinics who make it financially possible for the non-profit help spay or neuter intact dogs and cats living in Monongalia County with the annual voucher program .
