We are currently seeking Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associates, Seasonal Store Managers, and Seasonal Area Managers in your area to create the memorable retail experience that defines the Hickory Farms tradition of quality and excellence. As a part of our team, you will be an integral part of preserving beloved holiday traditions and crafting new ones through promoting high quality food products and gift sets.

- Stay Bonus Program: We will pay you, after the season ends, a bonus amount (based on your position) for every hour worked. You must finish the season to qualify.
- Sales Bonus Program:
- Seasonal Area Managers: Area Managers whose assigned locations meet the bonus guidelines will be eligible to receive $500 for 102%-108% of sales plan achieved, or $2000 for 108.01% or higher of sales plan achieved
- Seasonal Store Managers: Store Managers whose assigned location meets the bonus guidelines will be eligible to receive $250 for 102%-108% of sales plan achieved, or $500 for 108.01% or higher of sales plan achieved

Areas of Responsibility
Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associates:
Your main responsibility will be to offer samples of our food items and provide outstanding customer service to improve sales and increase customer dedication. For Sales Associates, we offer a flexible work schedule where you are expected to work 15-25 hours per week. We require a High School diploma or GED, experience in retail or customer service, and availability October – December 2019 to work required shifts and store open hours.
Seasonal Store Managers:
Your main responsibility will be the overall management and operation of the store. Additionally, you will dedicate yourself and your team to following our selling strategy of actively greeting shoppers and engaging them in a process carefully crafted to generate a high volume of sales. For Store Managers, this is a full-time role where we expect you to work 40 hours per week, sometimes more depending on Area Manager’s discretion. We require a High School diploma or GED, strong successful background in retail sales management, and availability October – December 2019 to work required shifts and store open hours with flexibility to visit the holiday store on short notice and off-hours (including nights and weekends).
Seasonal Area Managers:
Your main responsibility is the overall operation and performance of a group of our holiday stores, which includes, but is not limited to: meeting sales objectives, merchandising, operations, staffing, supervision, training and development, inventory management, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to company set guidelines and policies. For Area Managers, this is a full-time role where we expect you to work 45-60 hours per week (including weekends). We require a successful sales background and multi-unit experience, strong successful background in retail or customer service management, and the ability to work required long, full-time hours from October 2019 – January 2020. You will be required to always be accessible and on-call for business needs. Also, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
