First Aid
First-aid assistance can be provided at the Security Office located near the Play Area. In the event of an emergency please call 304-216-6300. AED devices are located in the Security Office.
Food Court
Take a break from shopping and enjoy a snack or meal at the Food Court located at Entrance C, next to the movie theater.
Handicap Accessible
Our property offers accessibility for our guests needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are available at all Mall entrances. Accessible restrooms are located in the public restroom next to the Food Court.
Lost & Found
If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located in the Security Office, near the Play Area. You may also visit the Mall Office located next to the Food Court, Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Non-Smoking
To make your experience the best it can be, our mall is a Non-Smoking facility. We also prohibit electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
Security

Push your little one around with ease in our of our strollers. Kiddie Kruzzers are located near Entrance D. Purchase a stroller for $10 and receive a $1 refund when it's returned.
